Do you want to get done that nagging little thing that you’ve needed to get done?

Doug Larson said," For disappearing acts, it’s hard to beat what happens to the eight hours supposedly left after eight of sleep and eight of work." Here’s how to make some of that time reappear.

We all have little wasted spaces of time in your day. Michael Altshuler said, "The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot."

A great tool to pilot your time is immediate access to a list of stuff that takes less than 10 minutes to get done.

For example I’ve got a pair of broken running shoes with good laces and a pair of good work shoes with broken laces and I need to swap them out. I’m waiting for my wife to finish something before we watch a TV show together and because I have my "little things" to do list I’m getting something done instead of mindlessly scrolling through social media while I wait.

What if you wrote down five small tasks that you need to get done this week? Like throwing out that hazelnut coffee creamer that’s been in the back of the fridge since the Clinton administration.

Put this "little things" list where you can find it fast. And next time you have have a few minutes get that little thing done.  If you do you’ll increase your lead.
